You're probably not checking comments six years later, but I wanted you to know that I made this pouch (the EASIEST pattern on UA-cam) but because I wanted one to put in the back of my 3 ring music binder to hold pencils, highlighters and post-it notes, I added grommets to the bottom and it is so, so cute and functional. Now everyone in the choir is asking me to make one for them so ca-ching, ca-ching!!

Why don’t you glue baste the whole thing? Wouldn’t that make it easier.

Mine won't lay flat after it was sewn, any suggestions for after it is done?

The thing with curved piecing is to trust the process, because it will look completely wrong for the entire process until you lift your iron up at the very end. Your iron is your best friend when it comes to curves.
